Fix a leaking kitchen tap and bathroom flush

The task includes

• The kitchen sink tap drips all the time, even when fully closed
• The bathroom flush tank keeps running after every flush
• The wash basin drains very slowly (probably a blockage)

I think the tap needs a new washer or cartridge and the flush needs a new valve, but you will know better. Please check and tell me which parts are needed; I'll pay for the parts separately at the shop price.

Someone is at home every morning, so any day before the date works. It is probably 1-2 hours of work.
